Note: the call counts above are a simple headline number — uploading a document for M.N.E.M.O. to remember draws more from your monthly allowance than a quick question does, since usage is metered fairly by the actual work each call does. See "Are all AI calls metered the same way?" below.

How billing and usage work
What counts as an AI call?
Each request that asks M.N.E.M.O. — short for Multidimensional Neural Elastic Memory Organization — to ingest new memory or answer a question against existing memory counts as one call. Plain retrieval of already-ingested data through the API isn't limited by this quota.
What happens if I bring my own API key?
On Pro and Enterprise, connecting your own model provider key removes the monthly call cap entirely — you pay your provider directly for usage instead of drawing from the plan's included quota.
How does the free trial work?
New accounts choosing Standard or Pro at signup get their first month free. A card is still required upfront, but it isn't charged until the trial ends — at that point billing starts automatically at the plan's normal price, with no action needed from you. The trial applies once per new account and doesn't apply to a later upgrade from an existing Free account.
Are all AI calls metered the same way?
The call counts above are a simple headline number, not the meter itself — a small question and a request that processes a large document don't cost the same, so what actually governs your monthly usage is real, fair metering based on the work each call does, not a flat per-call charge. Heavier requests draw a little more from that usage-based allowance; lighter ones draw less.
