How billing and usage work
What counts as an AI call?
Each request that asks M.N.E.M.O. — short for Multidimensional Neural Elastic Memory Organization — to ingest new memory or answer a question against existing memory counts as one call. Plain retrieval of already-ingested data through the API isn't limited by this quota.
What happens if I bring my own API key?
On Pro and Enterprise, connecting your own model provider key removes the monthly call cap entirely — you pay your provider directly for usage instead of drawing from the plan's included quota.
How does the free trial work?
New accounts choosing Standard or Pro at signup get their first month free. A card is still required upfront, but it isn't charged until the trial ends — at that point billing starts automatically at the plan's normal price, with no action needed from you. The trial applies once per new account and doesn't apply to a later upgrade from an existing Free account.
